SAU AAGRI KOLI MASALA (mix masala) is a perfect blend of dry red chili powder and selected roasted dry whole spices which are powdered and well mixed. It is typically used in the Maharashtra’s Konkan region. A very good taste enhancer for veg as well as non-veg preparations. The level of spiciness is kept to medium. Those who like more spiciness can add little SAU GARAM MASALA in it which is generally not required in case of veg preparation.
